Sitting down after a busy day when I heard the lyrics of song that simply stated, "Lord I love you more than anything." I guess you can say the lyrics struck a chord, and I am simply reminded of God's faithfulness and amazing love. Yes, I love the Lord more than anything because He has been so faithful.

Sharing A Christmas Ornament Story

Delightful -- that is what I think about when I receive or buy christmas tree ornaments. Most of my ornaments tell a story. I found this particular trinket this year at a garage sale. Besides just meandering around and looking, part of my agenda was to find a treasure--an ornament. The gentleman told me that I was really getting a bargain. The original price was $15.00, but I purchased it for $3.00!!! So, here it hangs on my tree as a special reminder of the fun day I enjoyed. Starbucks, friendship and shopping make for one memorable day of true happiness.

Stay tuned for my next ornament story.

Christmas cookies, oh so yummy! Sheldon and I have a Christmas tradition that entails baking cookies. We have a great time and much fun. What I find so interesting is that the cookies never stay around for long, but the memory of making them will linger for years to come.
