I was just telling my husband as soon as we return from the City that I'm setting the oven at 350 and baking some cookies. Yum...can hardly wait - you've awaken the cookie monster in me. heehee

Babe, you are too funny. Yep, these cookies seem to disappear faster than I can bake them, but they sure are YUMMY!!

Sis. Hopper, too funny. I guess you can say that is one monster that continually lives around my house. We enjoy our cookies. Here is a little secret: make a batch of chocolate chip cookies, bake what you need for the evening and refrigerate the rest. Re-use again the next day and the next .... I just found out that the cookie dough when kept in the refrigerator will actually last for one week!! My husband and son are excited and now believe they will have homemade cookies every night. LOL Have fun baking. :)
